Yoga May Improve Fatigue and Anxiety

A small preliminary trial assessed the potential benefits of a six-week yoga and psycho-education program among people with MS.

The researchers have found that the program reduced fatigue and anxiety and positively affected well-being.

Additionally, the participants reported high satisfaction and most stated they would recommend the program to others.
